Patna schools go live on Schoolyam online, and they are backed by a support team that already runs schools across Bihar — our largest Bihar cluster is in Gaya.
Patna’s schools are among the largest in Bihar by roll, and a large roll turns the fee counter into the bottleneck every April. Online payment collection, month-wise dues that compute themselves and receipts that post straight into the ledger are what pull that queue apart.
Schoolyam is priced module-wise, so a school starts with the parts it needs and adds the rest later. For Patna, these are usually the first five.
We will not pretend otherwise: no school in Patna is on Schoolyam yet. The closest ones are in Gaya, and the sales team can put you in touch with one of them — a principal already using it will tell you more in ten minutes than a demo will. Your own onboarding would be online: demo, Excel import, training, then support on phone and WhatsApp.
Judge it on your own data rather than on a list. Schoolyam covers admissions, fees, attendance, exams, transport, payroll and parent communication across 31 modules, and 500+ schools across India run it. Book a free demo, bring your fee structure and report-card format, and see it working on your figures before you decide.
Schoolyam is priced module-wise. You pick from 31 modules and pay only for the ones your school switches on — a Patna school that starts with Online Payments and Fee Management is not paying for hostel or payroll until it turns them on. The rate does not change by city; the sales team builds the quote from your own module list.
Most schools go live within a week. Your existing student, fee and marks data comes in from Excel with a validated preview, so nothing is committed until you have seen it. Training is done online with your own staff, on your own data.
No. Parents can stay on WhatsApp, on the number they already use, and still get fee dues, attendance and results — the bot answers them 24×7 without anyone at school replying. Schools that want more publish an app under their own name and logo; in Patna the part parents use most is usually online payments.
