Can a student leave school early without the office knowing?

Not with gate passes enforced — an early exit requires an authorised pass recording who approved it and who collected the child, and the gate scan timestamps the exit. Parents can be notified automatically.

Does the gate desk need special equipment?

A webcam and any printer for passes; a phone camera or scanner reads the QR at exit. It runs on the same Schoolyam login as the rest of the office.

Can we see who is inside the campus right now?
